here is just my own feedback.
1. By looking on the showroom KC display cabinet...not happy with the Quality and Workmanship. Showroom also like tat..what happen to the buyer cabinet later?
2. Cannot provide the paper quotation. If wan to print out quotation need to pay RM200 deposit means you confirm need to order from them...?
3. I saw them provide the design by hand drawing while other can provide computer 3D design in market.
Say bye2 to ***. never visit other branch after tat.

This one is also good coz they're having a promotion now where they give you granite countertop and skirting.. So, for those who are looking for the cheap granite countertop, you can consider this one.. It is cheaper compared to others as we did ask for the L Shape and tall unit quotation.. The price comes together with the soft close, sink and tap.. However, they just have the spraypaint material which I dun like the glitters inside it.. The wardrobe also cheap.. you can check the promo at their website..

- I just wanted to share a very bad experience with ******* Kitchen. I had
gone to the showroom in Puchong 2 months ago to look for kitchen
cabinet. A guy name Chris came and serve me. So he explain on the
package and I provided him with all the measurement. Initial quote is 9k
and with some freebies. After that I paid RM300 to get him to come to
my house to measure the place and come out with initial design. That
took 3 long weeks. (Service damn slow). After 3 long weeks, finally come
out with initial design. Not too bad but quite simple design only. So
adjustment was made like 5 times. That again took 3 weeks. After 6 weeks
since I visited the place nothing was done yet only got 3D design of
the kitchen. Finally got it done with design and prepare to place order.
The guy Chris told me no need to pay anything yet as its his fault got
so long delay. So I set a date to have the kitchen installed. On the day
no one came. So I called him, he said cannot make it because not ready.
Then have to change date. Again the 2nd time no one turn up. With the
same excuse the cabinet is not ready. I got so fed up
that I ask for the return of my RM300 and cancel the order. For 2
months and this is the result I get from *******. I really advice to
avoid this company. - I wished I had seen this post earlier. Sonerin did u get back your refund?I had a bad experience with ******* (the one next to ioi mall). Was attended by a guy called Justin. It took me 2 months to complete and during final installation, I found out that the measurements for the side clading of the island is not correct, there was a gap between our oven becaUse the designer did not do his measurement correctly- And simply covered it with a different board, the plug for induction is covered and now had to open up the back. I just do not understand why they still fix it up when they know that there is still a gap between the solid surface top. Now I am waiting for them to rectify the problem. I really advise to avoid this company.
- Just to share my bad experience. I have also got my dry & wet kitchen cabinets done by *******.
- The actual installation date was delayed for more than 3 weeks. Reason was that their installers installed my KC set at a wrong house.
How incompetent can they be?
- The solid top for the dry KC was slightly smaller. So have to send it back to the factory. After delay of about a week, came to install. During the installation, created a big mess from their grinding dust.
We had to clean up the fine dust in the dining and living room.Later, found that the edge was not straight. After
numerous reminders, still failed to come and rectify. Only came to the
house just the day before I moved in. Did not allow them to do the
grinding again and messed up the house again as were moving in the next
day. Just have to live with that. 
After
about 2 months, found that the joint in the solid surface cracked. Have
been calling their office since than. Every time, will say that they
will look into it. But never come back. Will be calling them up.To
date, their installer have come back 2 times to replace some of the
faulty soft close hinges. Hopefully, no more problem with the door
hinges anymore. Luckily, I did not use them for my other built-in furniture.

- ***, dari segi workmanship okie, sebab saya pun mula2 buat kabinet dapur.Nampak okie je, saya tambah wardrobe. Harga yg dibagi berpatutan dan boleh bayar ansuran. 50% upfront, monthly 25% and next month 25%. so okiela. Kalau nak complaint apa2, kedai *** dekat je seri putra. So far so good.
- Hari ni *** datang pasang kitchen kabinet and wardrobe... Pekerja 5 orang... datang pukul 11.30, siap 6.00 ptg... Berikut ialah skala penilaian saya:
a. Overall Workmanship = 9/10
b. Ketelitian = 8/10
c. Customer service = 9/10
d. Dedikasi & Komitment pekerja = 10/10
e. Kebersihan selepas kerja = 8/10
f. Harga = 6/10... (Mahal, tapi berbaloi)
g. Design = 8/10

I was on leave yesterday to supervise the ***** contractors install my built-in wardrobe. The team consists of 2 guys - an elderly guy in his 60s and his apprentice, a guy in his 20s.
When they arrived 30 min late at 11.40am, I asked the older guy how long would it take to complete the installation. He said since it's a simple job, would take approximately 2 hours. I was happy coz I had arranged for the Serta mattress delivery guys to deliver my bed around 2.00pm.
By around 1.00pm, I noticed that the cupboard was definitely not gonna be installed by 2.00pm. Reason is because the contractors were just bloody lazy, especially the younger guy who just sat and watched the older guy work. There were a few times I heard them quarrelling about the way they were installing the wardrobe. He also had the cheek to ask whether he could use my UniFi broadband and borrow my Nokia charger! I obliged with the UniFi but didn't have my Nokia charger with me at that time.
Seeing that the work schedule had been bursted, I called up Serta mattress to delay the delivery till around 4.00pm. And then I told the contractors to hurry up. Thankfully they completed around 4.30pm and the Serta mattress delivery guys came at 5.15pm.

Just installed my kitchen last saturday. Still waiting for the plumber and hood/ducting installer to come. Solid surface will come later.
I wanted to go for the contemporary approach - glossy black/dark brown, stainless steel and wood veneer/zebrano.. but with limited budget, I had to settle down with plain black and tipu veneers (abs)..
which look nice to me! may not be everyone's cup of tea but most importantly the missus likes it [tb]
the extra cabinets at the top is for the ducting. also added plaster ceiling to fill the gap between ceiling and the ducting cabinet. no empty space = less dust. blum rollers and soft close for drawers, soft close hinges for vertical cabinets.
some design notes:
- the tall cabinet may not be necessary (can save $$ if removed) but it is nice to have the oven higher for easier access and avoid kids to play when it is hot.
- it would be nicer if the dish rack is aligned with the wall cabinets.. and the rack is hidden behind a door. but this is what the missus asked for so I had to oblige [V]
- it will look trick if i use black 3G high gloss for the wall cabinets.
- i would prefer larger veneer lines for the base cabinets.. it'll look more european. but the shop has very limited colours and design to choose from. may look ok if i choose the same colour as the tall cabinet but afraid overall may look a bit dark.
- it will look more trick if i use glass mosaic wall tiles.
and now.. I would like to add something for the backplash.. should I put stainless steel or use glasskote? not planning to put the entire wall but just behind the hob will do.. i know digi will recommend glasskote (stainless steel = passe?)
for those who are interested:

- done at ***** kitchen
- abs cabinets (mieco) and local solid surface
- integrated aluminium door handles
- soft close for drawers and vertical doors. standard hinges for others.

Kedai *** ni, cooperation yg dia beri utk dtg ukur adelah amat baik, mintak dtg malam pon takde masaalah. cuma drawing yg mereka design adelah hand drawing saja. harga nya boleh tahan jugak utk 2-2 Cabinet pakai Solid Wood, kalau full height RM 12,000 kalau ade gap from ceiling RM 8,640. tapi ade sedikit tak profesional dimana takde plak mereka advice clash ngan kipas, main hantam saja quot semua. tapi utk shoe cabinet, amat mahal sekali mereka letak harga , utk melamin saja RM 1,500, solid wood plak RM2,000. sgt tak berbaloi, juga sgt susah nak kautim dpt handle yg modern look sket.
So.... you fikirlah sendiri! :)
Lepas dah sendiri cari pasal cari banyak2 quotation, last2 sy sendiri yang pening nk buat pilihan. Semua ada baik-buruknya... susah gak nk buat penilaian ni. padahal slalu ja jd AJK penilaian sebutharga/tender kt ofis utk perolehan. tp kalau kt ofis, kita ada ahli AJK yg lain... ni sy sorang je kena buat sendiri... Mr. F x byk membantu dlm buat pilihan... mmg dia serah 100% kt saya sbb dia kata dapur ni nnt sy yg nk guna... dia x nak masuk campur. cumanya dia tolong jd 'pak supir' je. cakap je nk p mana, dia akan drive keta kalau dia ada masa & x letih.
Setakat entry ni dihasilkan, masih x tahu lagi nk buat pilihan. tunggu la bila saya dh dpt muktamad, saya akan update...
